Marcia Diane Wiggins

Marcia Diane Wiggins of Ashburn, Ga. passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at her son Chad’s residence.

Diane was born on August 8, 1946 in Sumter County, Ga to the late Robert (Bob) & Christine Grimes of Cordele, Ga.

Diane spent her time daily with her dog Little Girl that she loved dearly and watching Gunsmoke.

Diane is survived by her two sons, Robby (Stephanie) Royal of Sycamore, and Chad Royal of Sycamore; grandchildren, Nichole Daughtrey, Ford Royal, Haley Williams, Elaina Giddens, and Devin Royal; great grandchildren, Paige Farmer, Lewyn Daughtrey, Jordyn Hall, Eden Brown, Annalyse Giddens, McGraw Giddens, MacKenzie Royal, and Maddox Royal; step daughter Becky Joann Jones of Morehead City, North Carolina; step sons, Bobby Jerome (Deborah) Wiggins of Eastman, Joey Wiggins of Ashburn and Timothy (Priscilla) Wiggins of Ashburn.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Bobby Wiggins; her parents, and her two brothers Tommy Stephens and Franklin Grimes of Cordele, Ga.

A special thank you to Junior and Lee Wiggins for always being there when Diane needed anything! She loved and appreciated you both more than you know.

At the family’s request, please no flowers at this time.

A private graveside service will be planned for a later date.
