James Grady Mauldin

Graveside Funeral Services for James Grady Mauldin, age 87, of Ashburn will be held at 10:30 A. M. Thursday at the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Mauldin died April 12, 2011 at his residence after a sudden illness.

A lifelong resident of Turner County he was the son of the late John Thomas and Millie Sumner Mauldin. He was a veteran of World War Two serving in the U. S. Army and was member of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Mauldin and seven brothers and sisters. O. B. Mauldin, John R. Mauldin, Mary Van Russell, Edith Herbert, Ida Mae Woods, Mimilee Vance and Sara Lou Gay.

Survivors include four brothers. Edward Mauldin, Columbus, GA, Charles Mauldin, Eatonton, GA, Jerry Mauldin, Las Vegas, NV, Gordan Mauldin, Clearwater, FL. and one sister Vera Belle Hill, Ashburn, GA and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at the funeral home.
