Robert Doyle Barnes

Graveside funeral services for Robert Doyle Barnes, 50, of Montezuma, Ga. will be held Tuesday, March 18, at 11:00 A.M. at the New Prospect Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Turner County, Georgia. Mr. Barnes died Saturday at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany.

Mr. Barnes was born in Worth County and was the son of the late John A. Barnes and the late Fannie McCook Hill. He had lived in Montezuma for the last forty years.

Mr. Barnes is survived by two sisters, Lillie B. ( Hollis) McEntyre, of Ocilla, Ga. and Mary Ann B. (Mike) Stanaland of Tifton. Also surviving are his aunts, Edna (Roy) Truelove of Ashburn and Joyce (Floyd) Harris, of Sycamore, Ga. and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
