Funeral Services for Roy Alton Lamb, age 61, of Rebecca will be held Saturday at 6:00 P. M. at Perry Funeral Chapel burial will be at Andersonville National Cemetery, Andersonville, Ga. Mr. Lamb died July 25, 2007 at his residence.
Mr. Lamb was a native of Wilcox County, Ga. the son of the late Wiley Alton Lamb and Louise Smith Thompson of Fitzgerald, Ga. He was retired from the U. S. Air Force and had been a resident of Rebecca most of his life.
He is survived by his mother Louise Smith Thompson,, a sister, Stella Louise Phelps both of whom reside in the Fitzgerald Nursing Home, Fitzgerald, Ga., two brothers, Daniel Lamb, Abbeville, Ga. and Raymond Lamb, Sydney, Florida.
The family will receive friends Saturday from Saturday, 4:00-6:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
