Graveside funeral services for Mr. William Frank Dean, 92 of Cordele will be held at 11:00, Wednesday, June 13, 2007 in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Dean passed away Monday in Cordele following an extended illness.
The son of the late Edward L. and Lucy Shepherd Dean he was born in Irwin Co., Ga. and was a retired dairy farmer and a businessman. He was the widow of Ida Zelma Tucker Dean. He was a long time resident of Woodland, GA., before moving to Cordele in 2004. He was a member of the Woodland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his children, Leonard Dean, Harris Co., GA., Tommy (Betty) Dean, Cordele, GA., Denise Rowe, San Diego, CA., LaMerle Heath, Vienna, GA.; a sister Kathryn Fletcher, Chula, GA.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn from six until eight.
