Robert Taylor

Funeral services for Mr. Robert A. “Bob” Taylor, 75, of Ashburn, GA. will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, November 25, 2006 at Perry Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Taylor passed away Wednesday at Tift Regional Hospital following a brief illness.

The son of the late Robert and Winifred Taylor he was born in Spokane, Washington. He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and a Veteran serving in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was a retired aircraft engineer. Mr. Taylor was a loving and dedicated grandfather of his seven grandchildren. He enjoyed reading and playing golf.

Survivors include his wife, Jane Peacock Taylor, Ashburn, GA.; his sons and spouses, Robert and Marsha Taylor, Savannah, GA. and James and Michelle Taylor, Ashburn, GA.; a daughter and her husband Patricia and Bill Ross, Ashburn, GA.; a brother and his wife Don and Betty Taylor, Redmond, Oregon; his grandchildren, Dakota, Robbie, Ryan, Alex, David, James and Samantha.

The family will receive friends Friday evening at Perry Funeral Chapel from six until eight.
