Grady Eugene West, Jr., 70, of Cordele passed away Friday, December 3, 2021 at Crisp Regional Hospital.
Gene was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 25, 1951 to the late Grady Eugene, Sr. and Evelyn Parham West. He was a member of the Catholic Faith. He served his country with honor in the United States Army National Guard during the Vietnam War era. He was also a retired pharmacist. He loved gardening and growing vegetables.
He is survived by his sisters, Connie W. Skeen of Dothan, Alabama and Debra W. Thomson of Dothan, Alabama; caregiver, Cleo Huett, his dog and best friend, Peanut and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
