Joseph Howard Neese, 66, of Ashburn passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton.
Joseph was born in Marietta on October 25, 1954 to the late Howard and Georgia Phillips Neese. Joseph served his country with honor in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was very active in his church, Wiregrass Ministries, where he served as the assistant pastor. He has his own personal ministry called the Christ Foundation. An avid outdoorsman, he loved fishing and riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his wife Clarisel Calles Neese of Ashburn; a son, Joshua Neese; brother, Danny Neese; sister, Becky Neese Hunter; and granddaughter, Alexandria Grace Neese.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Wiregrass Ministries. The family will receive friends one hour before the time of services. Wiregrass Ministries is temporarily located at the House of Prayer located at 424 Sylvia Dr. in Ashburn, GA.
