George Harris Brown passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at home after an extended illness. Services will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Sunnyside Cemetery, Cordele, GA at 10:00 a.m.
He was the son of the late Edward Harris Brown and Melba Patsy Roberts Brown. He was born December 27, 1960 in Ashburn, GA. Mr. Brown was a retired service technician for Albany Typewriter Exchange. He was a member of Sycamore Methodist Church. Mr. Brown loved riding his dog, Charlie, on his Harley and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sisters, Debbie (Pat) Caton of Coverdale, GA; Cordelia (Danny) Rosazza of Avondale, PA; Sylvia (Terry) Arnold of Coverdale, GA and his dog, Charlie; nieces, Nicole Caton, Rebecca Rosazza, Sara Rosassa, and Jessie Arnold; nephew, Calvin (Carol) Caton and great nieces, Addison Caton and Laura Caton.
