Delma Wilkerson, age 93, of Rebecca, passed away at Pruitt Health Ashburn following an extended illness.
Delma was born on February 12, 1927 to Willis and Mae Belle Wilkerson. He was a farmer most of his life and a member of Salem Baptist Church. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife and love of his life, "Mama Joyce"; daughter, Kathy; five brothers- Clark, Jake, W. D., Mack and Oscar; four sister, Pauline, Thelma, Harriet and Willie Mae.
Survivors include his son, Michael and daughter, Glenda both of Rebecca; three grandchildren, Teresa, Tina and Steven; five great-grandchildren, Chelsey, Kaitlin, Lindsey, Alxendar and Gage; two great-great granchildren, Braelynn and Adaline; two sisters, Marie McKay of Marietta and Lillie Stanford of Sylvester; also many nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held.
