Linda Cravey Geoghagan, 72, of Ashburn passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at her daughter's home in Tifton.
Linda was born on April 17, 1948 in Tifton to the late Milton David Cravey and Annie Ruth Ponder Cravey Hopkins. She was a member of the Ashburn First United Methodist Church. She was a teacher for the Turner County School System for 35 years having taught 5th and 7th grade. Linda served on the Fire Ant Festival Committee for the Ashburn-Turner County Chamber of Commerce.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Donnie) Starling of Tifton; mother, Annie Ruth Hopkins of Ashburn; sister, Sandra (Allen) Blue of Ashburn; grandchildren, Ansley Starling of Tifton and Austin Starling of Tifton.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Steven Geoghagan.
There will be a public visitation held Friday, June 5, 2020 at Linda's home, 335 East Madison Avenue, Ashburn, Georgia from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A private, family only graveside service will follow.
