Funeral Services for Mr. James H. “Buck” Wiggins, 68, of Ashburn, Ga. will be held 4:30 PM, Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at Perry Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Snowridge Cemetery in Turner Co. Mr. Wiggins passed away Sunday in a Wilcox Co. nursing home following an extended illness.
The son of the late William K. and Essie Mae Wooten Wood, he was born in Turner Co. and was a member of the Westside Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, bingo, checkers and going for rides with his family. He was employed by Glidden’s Saw Mill and Lumber Co.
Survivors include his sisters, Lucille Kennedy of Lakeland, FL.; Betty W. Moore and Kate Wood Garner both of Sycamore, GA. Also several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 until 9 at Perry Funeral Chapel.
