Pauline Margarette Evers, 84, of Arabi passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Crisp Regional Hospital.
Pauline was born in Turner County on March 30, 1934 to the late James Allen and Rosa Alvertine Musslewhite Wells. She was a member of Omar Heights Baptist Church in Cordele and retired from Nationwide Homes.
She is survived by her son, David Royce Evers and his fiancé, Mellissa Fore of Cordele; daughters, Margie Stephens of Ashburn, Gloria Jean (Gary) Brown of Cordele, Ginger Lynn (Howard) Layfield of Arabi and Sandra (Paul) Helms of Cordele; sister, Corine Nutt. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Evers.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 22, 2019 at Perry Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Arabi Cemetery. The family will greet friends Friday from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
