Raymond Kyle Bobo, Sr., 69, of Ashburn passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 at his residence.
Raymond was born on August 25, 1949 to the late Lloyd Wilson and Ruby Lee Poole Bobo in Turner County. He retired from the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany where he was a heavy equipment operator. He also served his country with honor in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his sons, Kyle (Tammie) Bobo of Adel and Kraig Bobo of Ashburn; brothers, Richard Bobo of Macon and Charles Bobo of Ashburn; grandson, Brandon Bobo of Adel.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. For those who wish to do so, please make memorial donations to the Turner County American Legion Post C/O Warren Daniell, 231 Lamar Street, Ashburn, Georgia 31714.
