Funeral Services for Randy Giddens, 65, of Ashburn, GA will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, February 4, 2017 at New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church in Turner County, GA. Interment will follow at New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Giddens passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017 after an extended illness.
The son of the late William “Bill” Williford and Mae Pearl Ward Giddens, he was born in Tifton, GA on January 25, 1952. He was a Hospice Home Nurse for Tift Regional. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Rex Giddens, Clint Giddens, and Rowena Giddens Sellars.
Survivors include his two sons, Jason Clinton (Elizabeth) Giddens of Savannah, GA, Richard Derek(Jennifer) Giddens of Sycamore, GA, his brothers Roger Giddens, Riley Giddens, and Garland Giddens all of Ashburn, GA, his sister Rachel Giddens of Ashburn, GA and his grandchildren Broxton Giddens, Brody Giddens, Braylynn Giddens, Caroline Giddens, and Claire Giddens.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 4, 2017 from ten o’clock until the hour of service at New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church.
