Janet Ester Winter Cochran

Funeral services for Janet Ester Winter Cochran, 71, will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn, GA. Mrs. Cochran passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 after an extended illness with Huntington’s disease.

The daughter of the late Allen B. and Loyce Snow Winter, she was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 7, 1945. She was a former employee of Dr. E.J. Tison Dental Office. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Cochran.

Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Tim and Ginger Cochran of Lakeland, GA, son, Terry Cochran of Ashburn, GA, her daughter, Lisa Mosher of Alpharetta, GA, brother Russell Winter of Grayson, GA, sister Bitsy King of Rebecca, GA, five grandchildren Brandon Mosher, Cory Cochran, Jessica Cochran, Tristan Cochran, and Stetson Cochran.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service at Perry Funeral Chapel.
