Jennifer E. Alberson

Jennifer Renee' Alberson, 57, of Ashburn, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016 in Dallas, Georgia after an extended illness.

Mrs. Alberson was born in Ashburn, Georgia on July 29, 1958 to the late Guy Columbus and Annie Merle Wilson Ethridge. She retired from the Turner County Board of Education where she was a teacher. She was also a member of Ashburn First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Alan Alberson of Ashburn; sons, Daryl Alberson of Acworth and Tommy (Stacie) Alberson of Ashburn; daughters, Angie Alberson of Jacksonville, Florida and Bonnie (Christopher) Knapp of Dallas; brother, Greg (Beth) Ethridge of Warner Robins; sister, Robin (Jack) Phillips of Ashburn. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Ashley, Bradley, Blake, Brooklyn, Hudson, Charlotte and Laikyn.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Ashburn First Baptist Church with interment to follow in Live Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, February 1, 2016 from 6:00PM - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

While flowers will be accepted, for those who wish donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
