Lillon Odom Pearce

Funeral services for Mrs. Lillon Odom Pearce, 88, of Sycamore, GA will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church in Turner County. Mrs. Pearce passed away Saturday at Heritage Health Care of Ashburn following an extended illness. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The daughter of the late Elder Rader and Flaucy Mallory Odom, she was born in Turner County. She was a retired piano teacher. Until her health failed her she was a faithful member of The Bethel Baptist Church where she was also a member of The Fidalis Sunday School Class. She was the widow of Robert W. “Did” Pearce. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Ottis Odom.

Survivors include her son, Tommy Pirkle of Sycamore; her daughters, Elaine Arnold (Farris) Medders of Alma, GA and Requelen P. Payne of Yulee, FA. She is also survived by her grandsons, Steve Payne and Scott Payne both of Yulee, FL.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn.
