Heather Renee' Pilkinton

Funeral Services for Heather Renee' Pilkinton, 35, of Ashburn, GA will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church in Sycamore, GA. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Turner County. Ms. Pilkinton passed away Monday after an extended illness.

The daughter of the late Ricky Thomas and Kathryn Sue Jackson Pilkinton, she was born in Worth County, GA on February 29, 1980. Ms. Pilkinton was a graduate of Mt. Zion High School in Clayton County. She was very involved in the TASC Program where she enjoyed crafts, music, movies, and her fellow classmates. She was a resident of Easter Seal Apartments.

Survivors include her aunts Dorothy "Dot" Burke of Dallas, GA, Ann Reeves of Sycamore, GA, Gloria Jean (Billy Ray) Cameron of Sycamore, GA, Brenda (Danny) Dunn of Rockmart, GA, Jean Lawson of Sylvester, GA, her uncles J.N. (Patsy) Pilkinton of Sycamore, GA, Terry (Kathy) Pilkinton of Sycamore and Buford (Cindy) Pilkinton of Easley, South Carolina, she is also survived by a large number of cousins and her special caregivers Aunt Jeannie and Uncle Alan.

The family will receive friends Thursday morning, June 4, 2015 from ten until the hour of service at Bethel Baptist Church.
