Kansas Odom

Graveside Funeral Services for Kansas Odom, age 45 of 3211 Haw Pond Road, Ashburn, Ga. will be held 2:00 P. M. Friday, August 13, 2004 at Young’s Cemetery, Rebecca, Georgia. Miss Odom died Wednesday as results of a traffic accident.

Miss Odom was a native of Crisp County, Ga. the daughter of Joe L. & Nellie Faye Minshew Odom and had been a life long resident of Turner County. She was a graduate of Crisp Academy & Valdosta State University. She was a former social worker with the Department of Family & Children Services, Kingsland, Georgia, and a member of the Haw Pond Baptist Church.

She is survived by her parents Joe & Nellie Faye Odom, of Ashburn, Her maternal grandmother Martha Jane Minshew, Rebecca, Ga. and several aunts and uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be Seven until Nine P. M. Thursday evening at Perry Funeral Chapel, Ashburn, Ga.
