Nancy Massey Terrell

Funeral services for Nancy Massey Terrell, 64, of Ashburn will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Industrial Drive in Sycamore, Ga. Mrs. Terrell died Tuesday at Tift Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mrs. Terrell was born in Rebecca, GA, the daughter of the late Ernest Willie and Lessie R. Overby Massey, Sr. She was a retired seamstress working for M. & W. Sportswear for many years. She was a member of the Morningside Baptist Church in Ashburn and enjoyed working in her yards, fishing, and collecting ducks and dolls.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Terrell, Ashburn, GA; one daughter, Penny (Dale) Fowler, Moultrie, GA; four grandchildren, Cyndi Massey, Ashburn, GA, Courtney, Bethany & Dustin Fowler, all of Moultrie, GA; and two great-grandchildren, Landon Massey Brown and John Terrell Brown both of Ashburn, GA. Also surviving are three brothers, Ernest Massey, Jr., Rebecca, GA, Tommy Massey & Steve Massey, both of Omega, GA, and two sisters, Annie Jane Bruce, Tifton, GA, and Lois Bruce, Pineview, GA.

The family will receive friends 7:00-9:00 P.M. Wednesday & Thursday at Perry Funeral Chapel.
