Eunice Willingham Gravitt

Funeral services for Eunice Willingham Gravitt, 88, of Ashburn will be held Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the High Hill Baptist church with burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. Mrs. Gravitt died Tuesday at her residence following an extended illness.

Mrs. Gravitt was born in Rochelle, Ga. the daughter of the late Andrew Jess and Mary Clifford Smith Willingham. She was a homemaker and a member of the High Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Paulos L. Gravitt and one son, Joel “Joe” Gravitt.

Mrs. Gravitt is survived by two sons, Roger Dale (Janann) Gravitt, Jerry (Brenda) Gravitt, and one daughter, Paula (Wray) Reid, all of Ashburn, GA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jana (Chris) Goss, Rusty (Michelle) Gravitt, Leigh (Chris) McCard, Lisa (Jamie) Penoncello, Paul (Crystal) Reid, Clay (Jessica) Gravitt, Clint (Carly) Gravitt, Joel Gravitt, Jess Gravitt, Josh (Brittany) Gravitt, and Tyler Reid. Also surviving are eleven great-grandchildren and one sister, Carolyn W. Gibbs, Rochelle, Ga.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday at Perry Funeral Chapel.
