Guy Ethridge

Funeral Services Guy Ethridge age 80 of Ashburn will be held at 11:00 A. M. Thursday at the Ashburn First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Ethridge died January 9, 2012 at his residence after an extended illness.

He was a native of Hartwell, GA the son of the late William Oscar and Louise Hall Ethridge. He was a retired warehouse manager for Coley Farm Services. He was a resident of Turner County most of his life and was a member of the Ashburn 1st Baptist Church and the Bill Hardin Sunday School Class. He was preceded in death by his brother Harold Ethridge.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years Annie Merle Wilson Ethridge and his children Rachel Ethridge, Robin (Jack) Phillips, Jennifer (Alan) Alberson all of Ashburn and Greg (Beth) Ethridge, Warner Robins, GA. and two sisters Mildred Grugan, Houston, TX, and Imogene Fowler, Leary, GA and his grandchildren Vic Jeffers, Angie Alberson, Katrina Richter, Daryl Alberson, Bonnie Alberson, Katherine Ethridge, Rhett Ethridge, “Little” Guy Ethridge, and his Great-Grandchildren Chance Richter, Alex Richter, Taylor Jeffers, Abbi Richter and Hudson Schmidt.

Family will receive friends Wednesday evening at the funeral home from Six until Eight P.M
